Come to eagle harbor wine company winery for the release of new wines and Holiday open house. Come taste the latest newly released Raptor. (See the review from the PI wine blogger thepourfool.) Come taste our newly released Malbec made from organic grapes. Come taste our latest Syrah. (See the review from the PI wine blogger thepourfool.)
Come sample charcuterie from Brendon McGill’s Hitchcock’s Charcuterie. (Yes, he actually does make his own Bacon, Salami, Pastrami, etc. etc from local providers and we shall eat some.) Actually, it’s a triple double dip: taste two new releases—sample wine and charcuterie—and visit two wineries: our friend Alphonse at Rolling Bay winery will be open too.
It will be a good time!
